BOM optimization, component procurement, SMT assembly, DIP, functional testing, burn-in testing, and packing/shipping. 

Initially, the customer provides Gerber and BOM; we run a 500 piece pilot production. After validation, monthly production 

stabilizes at 8,000–10,000 pieces.
