XD PCB&PCBA Enters Cooperation with Leading Indian Smart Meter Manufacturer

XD PCB&PCBA is pleased to announce that it has entered into cooperation discussions 

with a leading Indian smart meter manufacturer for a national public utility smart meter program.

Contact was established in mid-to-late August. Following the initial meeting between the project teams,

 both parties signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect project information. 

XD PCB&PCBA then reviewed the customer’s requirements and manufacturing specifications, 

and promptly provided a technical quotation.

After commercial and technical alignment, the project has moved into sample planning. 

According to the current roadmap, sample production will be arranged first, 

with mass production expected to begin next year.

This project supplies PCBs for smart meters used in national public utility applications, 

which demand high reliability, precise process control, and stable production quality. 

XD PCB&PCBA will support the customer through engineering evaluation, prototype fabrication, 

and manufacturing qualification, with the goal of establishing a stable long-term supply relationship.
