Our carbon ink PCB is produced in dust-free PCB workshop.

After FR4 substrate processing, the conductive carbon ink is precisely screen printed by automatic screen printer.

Strict temperature baking oven cures the carbon layer, followed by CNC routing,

electrical testing, resistance verification and final quality inspection.

Every batch of carbon PCB is tested for carbon layer wear resistance and resistance consistency to

guarantee stable contact performance for sensors.

We support custom OEM drawings, small batch and mass production.
