Carbon PCB Application scenarios

Carbon oil-printed PCB is a core contact resistive sensing component.

  3. Surface cleaning & dust removal
  4. Screen printing conductive carbon oil on designated circuit area
  5. High-temperature oven curing for carbon ink solidification
  6. Electrical testing: resistance value, linearity & heat resistance inspection
  7. Protective coating application

  8. AOI visual inspection and final functional test We have full in-house production line,

  9. strictly control carbon ink thickness and uniformity,

  10. support custom carbon track pattern, prototype trial and mass volume manufacturing.
